NARI Group (State Grid Electric Power Research Institute) is a unit directly under the State Grid Corporation of China. It implements integrated operation management and is China's largest supplier of power system automation, water conservancy and hydropower automation, rail transit monitoring technology, equipment and services. Mainly engaged in power system automation, information communication, intelligent medium and low voltage electrical equipment, power generation and water conservancy automation equipment, industrial automation equipment, amorphous alloy transformers and wire and cable research and development, design, manufacturing, sales, engineering services and general engineering contracting.

 

        NARI Group is the second batch of national innovative enterprises, and won the honorary titles of National Civilized Unit, National May 1st Labor Certificate, and Jiangsu Civilized Unit Model. The current total assets are over 60 billion yuan, and there are nearly 20,000 employees, including 4 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (2 external academicians), 4,000 master and doctoral degree personnel, and 13,600 professional and technical personnel. It is the supporting unit of the "National Electric Power Automation Engineering Technology Research Center" established by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the "Power System Automation-System Control and Economic Operation National Engineering Research Center" established by the National Development and Reform Commission.
